What if your package is lost, stolen or mis-delivered?
Please read carefully.
If the carrier loses your package (meaning it was never delivered and lost in transit, Tu Chile Aqui will work with the carrier and either resend you a new order (depending on stock) or refund the entire amount).
If your package was stated to be delivered as per the tracking # and you don't see it, we recommend you contact your carrier to see either where their may have delivered it to, or ask if they can put a trace on it to see who delivered it and if it was mis-delivered by mistake. There is also a possibility that the package may have been delivered but stolen. Once the tracking # of the package states it was delivered, Tu Chile Aqui is no longer responsible for the package as we have no control over the security of the destination or the authority mail carrier. We HIGHLY recommend you purchase the signature confirmation item on the website to ensure the package does not get delivered without someone signing for it.
