3 cups Pisco (between 30 - 45 % alcohol)
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 tb sp sugar (confectionary sugar better)
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with a few pieces of ice. Strain into glasses. Should be kept cold. Special Pisco Sour: use lime juice for one-half quantity of lemon juice.
Add a couple of drops of Angostura Bitters per portion.
